Job summary

Sol Rise Staffing is seeking a VP of Strategic Administration for a fast-growing real estate investment company. You will partner with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, spanning Accounting, HR, IT, and Legal, while building a company-wide dashboard and driving accountability.

You’ll coach department leaders, strengthen cross-team communication, and provide leadership continuity when the CEO is away during growth and transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across corporate functions.
• Experience partnering directly with a CEO.
• Strong finance or accounting foundation and budgeting comfort.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategic priorities into clear initiatives with owners, milestones, and deadlines.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Accounting, HR, IT, and Legal.
• Build and maintain a company-wide initiatives dashboard and drive accountability.
• Coach department leaders and strengthen communication across teams.
• Provide leadership and continuity for the team when the CEO is away.
