Job summary

Sol Rise Staffing, in partnership with a private, established organization, seeks a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO to strengthen performance, lead cross-functional initiatives, and support growth. This newly created leadership role requires a commercially minded executive who understands operations and can translate strategic priorities into measurable results across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Executive leadership experience in business operations, corporate administration, strategic execution, or a similar capacity.
• Proven experience working directly with a CEO, President, or business owner.
• Demonstrated success leading company-wide initiatives and influencing senior leadership.
• Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate multiple functional areas.
• Experience in real estate or investment-related industries is highly preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience as a Chief of Staff, Chief Administrative Officer, VP of Business Operations, or VP of Administration is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CEO on organizational priorities, business challenges, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead company-wide projects involving multiple departments and senior leaders.
• Drive accountability, improve internal processes, and ensure key initiatives are executed successfully.
• Provide leadership across corporate administrative functions, including HR, IT, and other business support areas.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with established department leaders to improve coordination and overall business effectiveness.
