Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior culinary leadership role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to train and inspire a culinary team and manage operations.
• Strong hospitality mindset with seasonal, local menu focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations and ensure flavor, presentation, and consistency.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu development and seasonal innovation.
