Qualifications

• 2+ years in a culinary leadership role (Sous Chef/Lead Line Cook).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-volume kitchen.
• Financial acumen with experience in cost control, ordering, and labor management.
• A natural leader who thrives under pressure, adapts quickly, and brings positivity + drive.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily BOH operations and inspire your team with Lucy's values & culture.
• Partner with the Executive Chef on menu innovation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee food preparation, safety, sanitation, and consistency standards.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and cost controls.
