Qualifications

2+ years in a culinary leadership role (Sous Chef/Lead Line Cook).
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-volume kitchen.
Financial acumen with experience in cost control, ordering, and labor management.
Serve Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily BOH operations and inspire your team with Lucy's values & culture.
Partner with the Executive Chef on menu innovation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
Oversee food preparation, safety, sanitation, and consistency standards.
Manage inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and cost controls.
Hire, train, mentor, and develop a strong culinary team.
Create memorable guest experiences through passion, creativity, and precision.
