Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead our culinary team at Mullholland Hills Country Club. You will work under the Executive Chef, oversee daily kitchen operations, menu planning, procurement, and production while maintaining Invited’s high standards of quality and cost efficiency.

You will supervise kitchen staff, implement health and safety policies, manage budgets, and help develop staff for future advancement to Executive Chef.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
• Health and sanitation card required.
• Food service management certification (Serve Safe) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation.
• Manage menu development, meal planning, and procurement.
• control food costs and manage inventory and equipment.
• Lead and develop kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance feedback.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to ensure profitability and standards.
