Job summary

Hai Hospitality is seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef to lead a high-volume scratch kitchen within our multi-concept group (Uchi/Uchiko/Uchiba). You will mentor cooks and sous chefs, uphold culinary standards, and ensure top-tier hospitality.

You will also manage ordering, scheduling, inventory, and various administrative duties while maintaining a fast-paced, safe, and collaborative environment for the team.
