Qualifications

• 3+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Understand business operations and financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations for Flower Child in Leawood.
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Manage on-the-fly requests with poise in a high-volume setting.
• Oversee scheduling, daily decisions, and planning.
• Utilize POS systems and OpenTable for reservations.
