Job summary

Jabil in Kentucky is seeking an Operations Director to lead site operations across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People. You will oversee Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Test, Engineering, and Facilities, setting strategy and building high-performing teams to meet evolving customer demand.

You will drive continuous improvement, own site KPIs, manage budgets and headcounts, partner with Business Unit leadership, and ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8–15 years in manufacturing/ops.
• 7+ years in senior leadership managing multiple functions.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed EMS environment with ramps.
• Proficiency with Workday and SAP; strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations and direct reports across shifts (24/7).
• Set site strategy, KPIs, and performance reviews from floor to leadership.
• Align site capacity with customer demand and financial targets.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across functions.
• Represent site in business reviews and manage cost and headcount.
