Job summary

Jabil, Inc. seeks an accomplished Operations Director to lead site operations and drive excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.

You will oversee Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Test, Engineering, and Facilities to set strategy, develop high-performing teams, and ensure capacity to meet demand in a high-mix, high-volume environment. You will manage site KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews, champion continuous improvement, and represent the site in business reviews,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–15 years in manufacturing or operations, with at least 7 years in senior leadership.
• Hands-on leader who drives culture and change.
• Experience in complex, matrixed, fast-paced environments (EMS preferred).
• Ability to influence customers, executives, and peers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations Manager and all functional managers with accountability for site performance across all shifts (24/7).
• Design and adjust the Site organization to support growth and long-term stability.
• Hire, develop, and retain senior leaders in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Coach leaders on decision-making, performance management, and accountability.
• Align manufacturing and supporting functions on shared priorities and resolve conflicts.
