Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing at the CVG campus. You will oversee production leadership, work cells, and shift execution, reporting to the Operations Director.

Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people metrics while collaborating with Quality, Safety, Test, Engineering, and Facilities. You will mentor leaders, manage performance, and convert strategic priorities into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–10 years in manufacturing or operations, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production managers, supervisors, and work cell leaders across all shifts with accountability for floor performance.
• Align functional managers to manufacturing priorities and escalate cross-functional issues with data.
• Set clear, measurable goals tied to campus and BU priorities and manage dashboards and corrective actions.
• Maintain open communication across shifts and functions and recognize strong performance.
• Translate campus and corporate strategy into executable manufacturing plans and manage cost targets.
• Drive continuous improvement using data analysis, KPI management, and problem-solving methods.
