Gap Inc. is seeking a collaborative and resourceful leader to join our Executive Search function within Talent Acquisition.

You will support VP+ hiring across our iconic brands by executing search strategies, building leadership pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. As a key team member, you will partner with recruiters and senior leaders to support the full lifecycle of executive hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting executive search or senior-level recruitment in a complex or matrixed org.
• Ability to translate business needs into search strategies and candidate profiles.
• Proven track record building diverse leadership pipelines and inclusive hiring practices.
• Familiarity with executive sourcing methodologies, market research, and talent landscapes.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple searches/projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support VP+ searches across the enterprise with senior recruiters and leaders.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and sourcing to build diverse leadership pipelines.
• Manage stages of the executive recruitment process: outreach, screening, scheduling, assessments, interviews.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Provide updates, insights, and reporting to recruiters and hiring leaders throughout searches.
• Maintain accurate candidate data with compliance and consistency across searches.
• Develop search materials including profiles, market summaries, and briefs.
• Cultivate an inclusive network of executive talent and engage passive candidates.
• Deliver metrics, dashboards, and search summaries to inform talent decisions.
• Represent Executive Search with professionalism and strong communication.
