• Experience supporting executive search or senior-level recruitment in a complex organization.
• Strong sourcing skills to identify VP+ talent across functions and industries.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective search strategies and candidate profiles.
• Proven track record building diverse pipelines and supporting inclusive hiring practices.
• Familiarity with executive sourcing methodologies and market research.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple searches or projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for executive decks and market materials.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve sourcing and research storytelling.
• Discretion and judgment handling confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Support the execution of VP+ searches across the enterprise with senior recruiters and leaders.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and sourcing to build diverse leadership pipelines.
• Manage stages of executive recruitment: outreach, screening, scheduling, assessments, and interviews.
• Build relationships to understand role requirements, priorities, and leadership expectations.
• Provide updates, insights, and reporting to recruiters and hiring leaders throughout the search.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and ensure compliance across executive searches.
• Develop search materials: position profiles, market summaries, and candidate briefs.
• Cultivate an inclusive executive talent network and engage passive candidates.
• Deliver metrics and search summaries to help leaders make talent decisions.
• Represent the team with professionalism and strong communication for a positive candidate experience.
