Gap Inc. is seeking a collaborative and resourceful Executive Search professional to join our Talent Acquisition team.

You will support VP+ hiring across our portfolio of iconic brands by executing search strategies, building leadership pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. As a key member of the Executive Search Team, you will partner with recruiters and senior leaders to manage end-to-end recruitment, conduct market research, and help position Gap Inc.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting executive search or senior-level recruitment in a complex or matrixed organization.
• Strong sourcing, market research, and candidate outreach for VP+ talent.
• Proven ability to build diverse pipelines and inclusive hiring practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support VP+ searches across the enterprise with senior recruiters and leaders.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and sourcing to build leadership pipelines.
• Manage stages of the executive recruitment process including outreach, screening, scheduling, and interviews.
• Provide updates and reporting to recruiters and hiring leaders throughout the search.
• Maintain candidate data with compliance and consistency across searches.
• Develop search materials like position profiles and market summaries.
• Cultivate an inclusive network of executive talent aligned with Gap Inc.’s values.
• Deliver dashboards and search summaries to inform leadership decisions.
• Represent the Executive Search team with professionalism and strong communication.
