Responsibilities

• Support VP+ searches across the enterprise with senior recruiters and business leaders.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and sourcing to build leadership pipelines.
• Manage stages of executive recruitment including outreach, screening, scheduling, assessments and interviews.
• Provide updates and reporting to recruiters and hiring leaders throughout the search process.
• Develop search materials, position profiles and market summaries.
• Cultivate an inclusive network of executive talent aligned with Gap Inc.'s values.
