Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience supporting partners or senior-level executives in an executive search or professional services firm.
• Proficient in using Apple and G-Suite.
• Track record of managing numerous projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the search calendar, coordinating with partners and candidates.
• Support Partners with business development-related scheduling.
• Maintain the Thrive database of candidates and client information.
• Coordinate travel for partners and candidates.
• Process expense reporting for both partners and candidates.
