Doctoral Degree in education from an accredited college or university preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and evaluate school personnel and monitor performance.
Define the school’s mission and communicate goals of the total program.
Provide instructional leadership for curriculum alignment through observation and evaluation of teachers.
Develop and monitor a SIP aligned with district strategic plan and state growth measures.
Monitor student achievement using data and multiple sources.
Engage community stakeholders in student learning and school success.
Create a safe, orderly learning environment and implement emergency procedures.
Lead and coordinate school discipline in a fair and consistent manner.
