Qualifications

Master's Degree in education from a regionally accredited college or university required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Four years of successful classroom teaching experience required.
One year as a school-based teacher leader preferred.
One year experience providing professional development to adult learners preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic and collaborative member of the program/content office to communicate AACPS’s mission and goals.
Plan, oversee, and lead program/content projects from ideation through to completion.
Support system leadership in adopting and implementing researched based, standard aligned programming.
Work with school administration to enhance teacher capacity and planning.
Participate in local, state, and federal monitoring and analyze student achievement data.
Provide professional learning for stakeholders to model best instructional practices with equity lens.
Implement system initiatives to ensure fidelity across all schools and document services.
