Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in related field of education from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Doctoral Degree in related field of education from a regionally accredited college or university preferred.
• Three (3) years relevant experience as a school-based administrator required.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of all school personnel; report and monitor employees not meeting contractual requirements.
• Assume responsibilities for defining the school’s mission and for communicating goals of the total school program.
• Provide instructional leadership for alignment of curriculum, instruction, and assessment through observation and evaluation of teachers.
• Create and monitor a monthly meeting calendar promoting collaboration and a culture of rigor and learning.
• Coordinate the instructional program with central office staff and staff development; supervise the program.
• Lead continuous school improvement and develop a SIP aligned to district goals.
• Monitor and assess student achievement using data and technology.
• Engage community stakeholders in shared responsibility for student learning.
