Job summary

QXO in the United States is seeking a Manager, Transportation Safety to lead enterprise safety programs across our nationwide operations, reducing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You’ll implement programs, monitor metrics with telematics and data tools, and collaborate with EHS, Operations, HR, and field leaders to embed safety into daily work. This is a leadership role with tangible impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Transportation, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in transportation safety, fleet ops, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Transportation Safety Program within a business unit.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA and related regs.
• Administer driver qualification, hours-of-service, telematics.
• Monitor safety performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with EHS teams to implement safe practices.
