Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Client Manager for the Executive Risk & Cyber team. You will serve as the primary contact for identified clients, ensuring timely service and accurate documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing, preparing proposals, binding coverage, and maintaining policy records.

The role requires a high school diploma, a Property/Casualty license or ability to obtain, and experience in customer service or commercial insurance. Hybrid work options offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Property/Casualty license or ability to attain is required.
• 3+ years in customer service, underwriting, or commercial lines insurance preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience with Directors & Officers, Employment Practices, and Fiduciary Liability products is a plus.
• Pursuit of ongoing professional development and licenses is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for identified Executive Risk and Cyber clients and respond promptly to requests.
• Oversee preparation of necessary documents and manage client accounts for timely service.
• Coordinate marketing processes, prepare proposals, bind coverage, and maintain policy documentation.
• Provide administrative support and assist clients with insurance needs.
• Collaborate with team members to drive agency goals.
