Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Client Manager for the Executive Risk & Cyber team. You will serve as the primary contact for identified clients, respond to requests, and oversee document preparation.

The role involves coordinating marketing, preparing proposals, binding coverage, and maintaining policy documentation to ensure excellent service. We value licensure, ongoing professional development, and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Property/Casualty license or ability to attain it required.
• 3+ years in customer service, underwriting, commercial lines insurance preferred.
• 2+ years' experience with Directors & Officers, Employment Practices, Fiduciary Liability products.
• Active pursuit of ongoing professional development and continuing education to keep licenses current.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Exec Risk & Cyber clients, ensuring timely service delivery.
• Coordinate marketing process, prepare proposals, bind coverage, and maintain policy documentation.
• Provide administrative support and assist clients with insurance needs, collaborating with team members to meet agency goals.

A day in the life.

As our Client Manager on the Executive Risk and Cyber team, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for identified Executive Risk and Cyber clients, responding promptly to requests and overseeing the preparation of necessary documents. You'll be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring timely service delivery, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your role involves coordinating the marketing process, preparing proposals, binding coverage, and maintaining accurate policy documentation. You will also provide administrative support, assist clients with their insurance needs, and collaborate with team members to drive agency goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Property/Casualty license or ability to attain is required
• 3+ years of experience working in customer service, underwriting, commercial lines insurance for a carrier or broker preferred
• 2+ years' experience working with Directors & Officers, Employment Practices, and Fiduciary Liability products
• Actively pursue ongoing professional development and relevant certifications, maintaining all required continuing education to keep licenses current
