Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks an XLP Account Executive Client Services to support producers in Executive, Professional and Cyber Liability coverages, developing initial and ongoing client relationships and consulting with clients and carriers.

The role involves marketing and negotiating new/renewal accounts, managing applications, reviewing carrier quotes, and preparing proposals. Strong communication and market knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or similar field required.
• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience with Executive, Professional and/or Privacy Liability products, incl. D&O and Financial Institutions.
• MLIS and/or RPLU preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; initiative; solution-focused; change agent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• P&C Insurance License or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supports producers in regard to liability coverages by developing client relationships.
• Markets and negotiates new and renewal accounts; oversees marketing and renewal processes.
• Develops marketing strategy with Producer/Account Manager.
• Reviews applications for completeness and follows up for information.
• Sends applications to carriers and reviews quotes; negotiates coverages.
• Prepares proposals and bind coverage with carriers as needed.
• Presents to clients for new business and renewals; collaborates with MMA teams.
• Keeps up to date on market trends and participates in training on liability products.
