POP MART is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Operations for its Culver City, CA office. This role leads all store and field operations with a focus on fiscal performance, brand standards, and scalable processes.

Expect partnership with Real Estate, HR, Marketing, Finance, and IT to drive launches and sustainable growth. The role requires 3+ years in senior leadership within retail, expertise in SOPs, payroll, compliance, and merchandising, plus strong data reporting and Excel skills to inform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Retail Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in a senior-level leadership role overseeing managers and cross-functional teams.
• Retail operations experience with SOPs, staffing and merchandising standards.
• Strong data reporting and analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and scale the Operations team, setting priorities and accountable for results.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, payroll, compliance, and merchandising standards.
• Develop scalable SOPs and best practices across regions.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, HR, Finance, IT, Marketing and Visual Merchandising.
• Oversee NSO planning, ROBO Shop operations, and store openings.
• Own reporting and data creation for leadership and executives.
