POP MART in Culver City, California, seeks an accomplished regional leader to drive strategy and performance for the Central region. You will own the regional plan, partner with cross-functional teams, and lead multi-unit leaders to deliver growth and profitability.

The role requires 10+ years in retail leadership with P&L experience, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to travel ~80% across the region. POP MART offers growth opportunities within a dynamic, global brand.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive multi-unit retail leadership experience, including at least 5 years operating at a strategic regional level.
• Demonstrated experience owning or influencing regional P&L, budgets, profitability, and financial performance.
• Ability to translate corporate strategy into actionable regional plans and hold multi-unit leaders accountable for execution.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing District Managers, Area Managers, or comparable multi-unit leaders.
• Strong track record of building succession plans and leadership pipelines across multiple markets.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Strong strategic thinking, business planning, and analytical capabilities.
• Executive-level written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 80% across the region.

Responsabilidades

• Define the regional strategic roadmap translating corporate priorities into multi-year growth and operating plans.
• Analyze market, competitive, financial, and operational data to identify expansion opportunities and format innovations.
• Allocate resources and ensure managers execute initiatives with business impact.
• Present regional strategy, performance, risks, and forward-looking plans to executives.
• Ensure adherence to standards while adapting strategies to local market needs.
• Collaborate with HR, Retail Ops, Marketing, Finance, IT to support regional initiatives.
• Coach leaders on performance, succession, and business ownership.
• Monitor financial targets and profitability, guiding managers on unit economics.
