Job summary

Eataly King of Prussia is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to direct the front of house operations across multiple full-service restaurants. The General Manager will oversee a team of Front of House Managers to ensure exceptional guest experiences while maximizing profitability.

This role requires at least 6 years of management experience in high-volume settings, strong leadership skills, and a passion for Italian cuisine.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of front of house management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, motivational and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, analytical and business management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Italian cuisine and wine highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs front of house operations of all restaurants.
• Sets departmental goals and leads a team of managers.
• Prepares weekly updates on restaurants.
• Assists with employee hiring, assignment, and training.
• Documents and resolves employee and guest incidents.
