Eataly is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assist the Assistant General Manager in the day-to-day operations of its restaurants. This role involves overseeing front-of-house staff and ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, outstanding communication, and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of Italian cuisine.
