Premier Global Links LLC in Nashville, TN, seeks an experienced Food Service General Manager to lead high-volume contract dining operations. You will drive operational excellence, develop staff, monitor financial performance, and build strong client relationships.

The role requires hands-on leadership, budget acumen, and a proven track record in managing dining services. You'll oversee daily operations, foster a positive culture, and collaborate across departments to meet client expectations.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of management experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant food service or hospitality operations experience.
• Previous experience in contract dining is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing a high-volume food service operation or dining unit.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial performance analysis.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to build effective client relationships and collaborate across departments.
• Hands‑on, results‑oriented leadership approach in a fast‑paced environment.
