Semafor is seeking an experienced executive engagement professional to act as the primary contact for senior executives and VIP participants from confirmation through event completion.

You will coordinate communications, schedules, agendas, and on-site logistics, advising on program engagement and speaker topics to ensure alignment with editorial goals. The role requires discreet handling of sensitive information and strong multi-platform coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic communications or executive engagement.
• Experience building relationships with C-suite executives.
• Ability to manage sensitive schedules and VIP escalations with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including drafting briefs.
• Editorial fluency and knowledge of major business trends.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for assigned executives and VIP participants from confirmation through event completion.
• Coordinate executive communications, participant schedules, agendas, and on-site logistics.
• Advise executive teams on program engagement, speaker topics, and agenda alignment.
• Identify and communicate scheduling conflicts, editorial updates, panelist pairings, and session changes diplomatically.
• Maintain accurate executive tracking, briefings, and event materials across platforms.
• Collaborate with editorial, content, events, programming, and partner teams.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for executives at Semafor flagship events.
• Maintain weekday Slack availability, attend weekly team meetings, and respond to executive communications within one business day.
