Job summary

Semafor seeks a highly organized Contract Audience Coordinator to support the Audience Development team during a busy period of global events. This hands-on role focuses on audience acquisition, RSVP management, and operational coordination.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Remote-friendly with options for NY or DC presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination or audience development or marketing operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication and professional email etiquette.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, databases, and event management platforms.
• Ability to handle repetitive, detail-intensive tasks quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute personalized email invitations to prospective event attendees.
• Track invitations, responses, RSVPs, and follow-ups across databases and platforms.
• Maintain accurate attendee records and statuses.
• Support attendee follow-up to help meet audience targets.
• Draft and distribute attendee communications and reminders.
• Coordinate updates to event and registration pages and speaker bios.
