Job summary

Google Executive Recruiting Team (ERT) seeks an Executive Recruiting Researcher to identify and cultivate leadership talent across Google. You will own the talent market for a business or function, using tools and sourcing methods to engage candidates and match with leadership opportunities.

You will solve problems, manage projects, and deliver outcomes while building relationships with passive candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience working in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Business Development or Operations, Lead Generation or a related field.
• 1 year of of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for executive searches across various non-technical and technical functions (e.g., go-to-market, engineering, product management, etc.).
• Provide effective project management, managing searches forward and creating consistent experiences for hiring managers/clients, applicants and colleagues.
• Partner with executive recruiters to provide domain and market insights, identify trends, and advise executives on talent for their critical business needs.
• Build relationships for the future with passive candidates and talent.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes.
