Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate to join our Professional Talent Acquisition Recruiting Team. You will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, manage full lifecycle recruiting, and build diverse pipelines across business units.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting OR 5 years in HR OR 5 years in client consulting OR a combination.
• PHR certification preferred.
• 7+ years in Corporate Recruiting – full lifecycle, research and sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting process: create descriptions, source pipelines, market Capital One, screen candidates, advise partners, negotiate offers.
• Candidate management: develop sourcing plans and manage from identification to offer/close.
• Work cross-functionally with a team of recruiters to promote inspiration, empowerment and inclusion.
• Leverage recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
• Source stellar candidates using search engines, career sites, events, and other sourcing techniques.
