Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) seeks an Executive Recruiter to shape leadership across the organization. You’ll partner with executive leaders, perform market intelligence, and guide the hiring process from strategy through onboarding.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strategic advisory for leadership roles, and developing diverse pipelines, with a primary remote/ flexible work arrangement across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications or HR, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience
• Minimum 2 years recruiting at the senior leadership level (director and above)

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand strategic goals and leadership needs
• Design and execute targeted executive talent mapping and market research
• Lead executive recruitment process and negotiations from strategy to onboarding
• Provide talent consultation across business units and sustain diverse candidate pipelines
• Collaborate with the Executive Sourcer to engage top executive candidates and build robust pipelines
• Drive talent acquisition projects and improve recruiting practices across the organization
