Qualified candidates will have extensive senior-level recruiting experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a track record of building diverse leadership pipelines. This role offers remote/hybrid options with Washington-based consideration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting at senior leadership (director and above) level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive hiring leaders to understand strategic goals and leadership needs.
• Lead executive searches and shape talent strategies across business units.
• Provide guidance and support for senior-level recruiting initiatives and candidate assessment.
