Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications or HR or equivalent
• 10+ years of recruiting experience
• 2+ years in senior leadership recruiting

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive hiring leaders to understand strategic goals and leadership needs
• Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence for executives
• Research competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and leads
• Provide strategic talent consultation to multiple business units
• Lead the executive recruiting process from strategy through onboarding
• Collaborate with the Executive Sourcer to build diverse leadership pipelines
• Evaluate candidates for leadership alignment, culture fit and impact
• Support onboarding experiences and transition activities
• Drive talent acquisition projects across the organization
