We value a deep background in senior leadership recruitment, experience with ATS systems, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, distributed work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications or Human Resources, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience.
• Minimum 2 years recruiting senior leadership (director and above).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive hiring leaders to understand goals, priorities, and leadership needs.
• Design market intelligence and research strategies for executive hiring trends.
• Lead executive recruitment processes and vendor relationships.
• Partner with hiring leaders and candidates through onboarding.
