Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking an Executive Recruiter to shape the leadership team and build robust executive talent pipelines. You will partner with senior leaders, perform market intelligence, and guide searches from strategy through onboarding in a fast‑paced, highly visible role.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strategic thinking, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences across multiple remote work locations and the Tukwila Headquarters ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications or Human Resources, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting at the senior leadership (director and above) level.
• Experience using ATS/recruiting software to manage high‑level searches.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive hiring leaders to align goals, priorities and leadership needs.
• Design market intelligence and talent mapping strategies for executive searches.
• Analyze competitive talent landscapes to identify opportunities and leads.
• Provide trusted advisory support for leadership recruiting initiatives.
• Develop and drive sustainable executive recruiting strategies and pipelines.
• Lead and optimize the executive recruiting process from strategy to onboarding.
