Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking an Executive Recruiter to attract and engage senior leadership talent across our organization. You will partner with executive leaders, conduct market intelligence, and guide the hiring process from strategy through negotiation and onboarding.

Ideal candidates bring extensive senior-level recruiting experience, strong stakeholder collaboration, and a track record of building diverse leadership pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business/HR/communications.
• Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience.
• Minimum 2 years recruiting senior leadership (director+) level.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive hiring leaders to understand strategic goals and leadership needs.
• Design targeted research and talent mapping for executive markets and trends.
• Research competitors and market data to identify opportunities and leads.
• Provide trusted consultation for executive-level recruiting initiatives.
• Create and implement long-term recruiting strategies to strengthen leadership pipelines and partnerships.
• Lead and evaluate executive recruiting processes and adopt best practices and tech.
• Drive Talent Acquisition projects with meaningful impact across the organization.
• Evaluate executive candidates for role, leadership competencies, and cultural fit.
• Support candidates and hiring leaders through the journey and onboarding.
• Support additional responsibilities and projects within Talent Acquisition.
