Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years of experience in business operations, strategy support, intelligence, project management, consulting, or related field.
• Strong PowerPoint and intermediate Excel skills required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong, effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting operational governance, reporting, or strategic initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports operational governance processes, strategic intelligence activities, and executive reporting efforts.
• Maintains trackers, action logs, reporting dashboards, and status updates for leadership visibility.
• Assists in identifying operational risks, dependencies, escalation items, and mitigation actions across initiatives.
• Coordinates updates and follow-through across stakeholders to support governance processes and strategic initiatives.
• Helps organize and support strategic reviews, leadership meetings, storyboarding and governance discussions.
• Executes reporting and analytics across cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
