Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Executive Recruiter to manage full-cycle direct hire recruiting for mid to senior level professional positions. This role combines recruiting, client relationship management, and sales/business development.

The position is hybrid in Del Mar, CA (3 days in office, 2 days work from home) with a base salary of $72,384 per year plus uncapped commission, extensive benefits, and opportunities to build strategic client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting and business development or relevant industry experience.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships, generate leads, and identify new business opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a results-driven environment with both recruiting and sales goals.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of direct hire recruiting for mid to executive level professional positions.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and develop customized recruiting strategies.
• Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop client relationships and generate new business through referrals, leads, networking, and marketing efforts.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates.
• Serve as a resource to clients and candidates on market trends, hiring conditions, and recruiting best practices.
• Negotiate fee agreements and support the placement process from initial search through hire.
• Maintain accurate candidate, client, and job order information within applicant tracking and CRM systems.
• Participate in networking and business development activities to expand client relationships.
• Support candidate onboarding and respond to client and candidate needs throughout the recruiting process.
