LHH Recruitment Solutions is expanding its New Jersey team in Edison with a Hybrid Executive Recruiter role focused on Accounting & Finance or Human Resources. The position offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan and industry-leading benefits, with a flexible hybrid work setup.

You will build and own a book of business, source and place top talent, and manage the full lifecycle from business development to placement.

• Experience in recruiting or proven ability to build relationships and achieve results.
• Ability to source, recruit, and place top talent across accounting & finance or HR.
• Strong communication and market development skills.
