Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in hiring executives (e.g., VP+ talent).
• 5 years of experience in executive search, advising clients on talent and hiring, managing the search process, and supporting applicants through interview and offers.
• 3 years of experience in the technology sector, in corporate or executive search environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for executive roles, delivering clear communication and exceptional service to internal partners.
• Execute proactive, research-driven search strategies across global networks to identify and recruit senior technical executives.
• Collaborate with hiring partners to deliver processes and outcomes, including negotiations on executive compensation.
