Job summary

Hut 8 Corp. seeks an Executive Recruiter to map markets, build a proactive talent network, and design search strategies for specialized talent in energy, power, and infrastructure. You will partner with leadership to translate priorities into hiring plans and own the end-to-end candidate experience.

You will work closely with senior leaders, push back when needed, and drive searches in a fast-growing environment at Hut 8's Miami headquarters onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting specialized talent at senior levels.
• Ability to translate business priorities into hiring plans.
• Proven success building proactive talent networks in niche markets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to convert business needs into hiring plans and identify constraints.
• Develop and maintain a live network of specialized energy talent.
• Run multiple niche searches with urgency, guiding candidates through all stages to close.
• Develop knowledge of energy, power, and infrastructure markets for credible conversations.
• Track talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity.
• Own the candidate experience from first contact to offer.
