Job summary

Energy Recruiters seeks a recruiting professional to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates in the Refining & Petrochemicals sector. You will leverage direct hire experience and business development skills to deliver premier service and solutions.

Expect a data-driven, ethical approach, ownership of recruiting life cycle, and opportunities to advance within a respected national firm. Based on experience, relocation, and home-office options may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of professional, agency recruiting experience.
• Minimum of 2 years demonstrated success in both direct hire recruiting and business development.
• Technical understanding of refining and petrochemical industry roles (e.g., engineering, health & safety, economics, planning, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Integrity, passion, persistence, work ethic, humility, and humor.
