Job summary

Moss & Associates LLC is seeking a Recruiter - Energy in Fort Lauderdale, FL to support the Talent Acquisition team with full-cycle recruiting. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines across project sites and regional offices.

Under a Senior Recruiter, you will build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and candidates, ensure a smooth onboarding process, and contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial hiring culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, administrative support, or high-volume environments.
• Experience with ATS and scheduling through MS Outlook.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, JuiceboxAI and specialized job boards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills across field operations and corporate functions.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Review resumes to identify candidates meeting technical and cultural requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate heavy interviews across multidisciplinary hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS with real-time status updates.
• Assist candidates with application and onboarding paperwork as needed.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through university outreach and veteran programs.
• Represent Moss at career fairs and events.
• Ensure a professional, responsive candidate experience throughout the process.
