Job summary

Ascend Associates is hiring up to three Executive Recruiters in Phoenix to support growth in the electrical and industrial distribution sectors. This is a high-talk, relationship-driven headhunting role where success comes from meaningful conversations and consistent outreach.

You will speak with professionals, assess fit, coach candidates, and present top talent to client partners. Base salary is $60,000 with uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume outbound calling or sales roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and screen qualified candidates for client openings.
• Source and deliver qualified candidates within 5–7 business days.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Present top candidates to client partners and coordinate interviews.
• Develop new client relationships through candidate marketing.
