Job summary

Helix Electric, a leading electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruitment for technical field, IC, and leadership roles in Las Vegas. You will source, interview, and guide hiring managers, while advising on market trends and best practices across the organization.

You will build strong partnerships with HR, ensure compliance with hiring regulations, and strive to create a diverse, high-performing talent pipeline in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience for technical field, IC, and leadership roles.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build personal connections quickly and effectively.
• Electrical construction industry knowledge preferred.
• Experience with government hiring regulations (OFCCP, EEO, Affirmative Action).
• Experience with Taleo and/or UKG applicant tracking systems.
• Broad knowledge of HR administration and recruiting processes.
• Ability to interact with all professional levels in a complex environment.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service and manage full lifecycle recruiting at Helix Electric.
• Lead development of sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs across locations.
• Monitor progress and report on recruiting strategies and metrics.
• Serve as contact for hiring managers on recruitment matters.
• Build relationships with HR partners to drive credible results.
• Maintain accurate documentation of candidates and processes.
• Stay informed on trends in recruiting techniques to stay competitive.
