Job summary

Ascend Associates in Phoenix, AZ is seeking up to three Executive Recruiters to fuel growth in the electrical and industrial distribution space. This high-touch, phone-driven role relies on meaningful conversations, networking, and persistent outreach to connect top talent with client partners.

You will identify, present, and coach candidates, coordinate interviews, and help negotiate offers, with an initial in-office period and a potential hybrid/remote schedule after six months for high

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume outbound calling or sales environments.
• Excellent phone-based communication and relationship-building.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Sales, recruiting, business development, or customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and screen qualified candidates while accurately assessing fit for client openings.
• Source and deliver qualified candidates within 5 to 7 business days.
• This is a high-volume, outbound, cold calling position.
• Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and clients through consistent communication.
• Present and market top candidates to client partners.
• Generate new client relationships through candidate marketing and business development efforts.
• Learn, retain, and confidently apply industry-specific knowledge related to electrical and industrial distribution.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate preparation, client debriefs, and follow-ups.
