Job summary

Amplify seeks an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead senior-level hires across technical and non-technical leadership roles, from Director to C-suite, spanning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. You will own full-lifecycle search strategies for our leadership needs and partner with the General Counsel and CFO to scale teams.

Qualifications

8–12+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, with at least 8+ years in executive search (VP level and above).
Proven track record recruiting senior leaders in EdTech or tech-enabled industries (SaaS, HealthTech, HRTech).
Experience placing execs across technical and non-technical disciplines (Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, People, Operations, Finance).
High-level executive presence with advisory experience to C-suite and board stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of complex executive compensation packages, including bonuses, equity, and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for VP and C-level roles across technical and non-technical functions.
Advise C-suite on market insights, compensation benchmarking, and talent mapping.
Build diverse executive candidate slates through sourcing and inclusive recruiting channels.
Oversee candidate experience from outreach to offer and equity structuring.
Monitor industry trends in EdTech, SaaS, and tech sectors to guide hiring.
