You will collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract top talent, design competitive compensation packages, and drive outcomes that shape Amplify's future.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of full‑life-cycle recruitment, with at least 3+ years in executive search (VP level and above).
- Experience recruiting senior leaders in EdTech or tech-enabled enterprise industries (SaaS, HealthTech, HRTech).
- Proven ability to place senior executives across technical and non‑technical disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Executive Search Leadership: design and execute end‑to‑end strategies for VP and C‑level roles across technical and non‑technical functions.
- Stakeholder Management: serve as trusted advisor to C‑suite execs and senior leaders, offering market insights and benchmarking.
- Pipeline & Sourcing Strategy: leverage networks, passive outreach, and inclusive channels to build diverse executive slates.
- Candidate Experience & Negotiation: lead high‑touch engagement through offer creation and equity structuring.
- Market Intelligence: track trends and executive moves in EdTech, SaaS, and tech sectors.
